Welcome to Mill Creek Parish Preschool. We are a non-profit, preschool approved by the Maryland State Board of Education. It was created in 1967 as a community outreach service by the Mill Creek Parish United Methodist Church.

MCPP is a place for your child to meet new friends and learn a wide range of new skills. It is the foundation of your child’s educational experience and helps shape the type of learners they will become. MCPP will “set the stage” for your child to experiment with art materials, number concepts and sounds. They will learn to problem solve, take turns, wonder and ask questions. They will grow in their ability to resolve conflict and be part of a group.

MCPP offers a wide variety of activities so that each child is free to work at his or her own level and pace. We keep the classes small in order to ensure that each child will receive the individual attention necessary to develop a spirit of inquiry and a joy in learning, along with a sense of self-worth and self-direction.
